Shipping Responsibility: All return shipping costs are the exclusive responsibility of the customer. Return shipping fees will not be covered, credited, or reimbursed by Honor To God.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item is received. We will evaluate the issue and correct it. If the product is deemed defective your order is eligible for a return or exchange.

Photographic evidence explicitly demonstrating the issue (e.g., clear photos showing the exact manufacturer defect, the incorrect size received, or the wrong item).

5. Resolution and Compensation

Once your claim is submitted with the necessary photographic documentation, our team will review the details. Verified fulfillment errors and material defects are handled under the following policies:

Defective Items: We will provide a 50% off discount code for a future purchase for any verified defective items.
Fulfillment Error / Incorrect Size Sent: For all incorrect size orders, we will resend the correct item out immediately at no extra charge, and the incorrect item size can be kept.
